I had 2 cases with this law firm. For me, I did not have any issues with my case and I’m thankful it was a smooth process. Customer service could’ve been a little better. I dislike having to call into the office b/c it just depended on who would answer. Sometimes they were nice and sometimes felt like they were just being rude or didn’t want to answer at all. Other than that, Javier handled my case perfectly and was always on top of any documentation that was requested. We also complied right away and did not delayed anything. Again, on my end, I had a good experience. Prices were decent for the process as well.
