I was having an unplanned surgery and needed a quit claim deed to record asap. It was a little complicated but Cory helped guide me all the way, answered all my questions, and got everything filed for me with great expediency! COMPLETE SCAM. BAD ATTITUDE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They not only have no idea how to deal with documents and can offer virtually zero advice, but they also can't even spell your name or your company name correctly in the docs they prepare even after providing them in writing on multiple occasions. Additionally, if you tell them about the mistakes that THEY MADE because they prepared the WRONG form then they will charge you to fix them because according to them 'the forms were already prepared' Don't waste your time or money. I wasted over a thousand dollars with these clowns and ended up having to draft the documents myself.
