Don Dunning has been an incredible lawyer for my S corporation. He’s generous with his time and often provides guidance without charging fees. Don has truly reshaped how I view attorneys—he’s kindhearted, competent, and genuinely invested in the best outcome for his clients.

I just spoke with Christina M to confirm that my payments have been received. After confirming that my account is current, she proceeded to tell me that they cannot feasibly send receipts? I'm not sure how that is possible given that they make money off of hounding people for thousands of dollars but I guess it's pretty inconvenient to send people an email confirming that they have received payments. Then, when I explain my financial situation and explain my plan to make two monthly payments before my due date, Christina proceeds to tell me that will be "very difficult" because they will have to make sure that they apply it properly. Pretty clear that they want to make things as difficult as possible so they can take as much as they can from people. It's unfortunate but very American. Watc

RUDE! Receptionist is rude. Lawyer is rude. Lawsuit was left on my door step. Wanted to let them know it was not for me and they made a mistake of address. Was completely arrogant, rude, made it seem that it was my responsibility to get it to the correct hands. I would NEVER hire someone like that to represent me.

Worked with James MacLeod at Dunning. He promptly returned calls when unable to pick up, and was always cheerful and articulate. Solved our problem with an absolute minimum of wasted motion. Respectful kind and compassionate. Rare level of professionalism. Highly recommended...

Just got off the phone with James. Very unprofessional and limited service. Could not provide the help or support I was seeking. Do NOT recommend his services to anyone. Will be letting all my contacts know that his is not the guy for the job.
