On June 28th, 2023, I contacted Olivia Gabriel, referred by the Philadelphia Bar Association due to a prior referral's communication issues. My case involved a tenant-landlord dispute, with me as the tenant. Unfortunately, my first impression during our 30-minute initial consultation, which I paid a referral fee for, was less than welcoming. Despite the time constraints, Olivia seemed more interested in talking than listening, repeatedly stating, "You are only entitled to a 30-minute call." I had to interrupt to share the details of my case, leaving me with the impression that she was trying to rush through our conversation.
