This person is the absolute worst lawyer I've had the misfortune to meet, Once you pay him your money you basically catch hell trying to speak with him again, My uncle has paid him to settle a case for our family that involves property, Well the case has been on going now for 3years You can never reach anyone in the office. It’s been very difficult to watch my parents get treated terribly and jerked around about their property since the death of my dad’s sister Norma Cabe. After having the case removed from Abbeville they’ve been told to contact that office. Since this started Billy left and the office, everything declined, Carson Henderson is a judge and now it’s a sign. My parents handed checks in good faith and they expired in the hands of this office. At one time this was a good law firm . Now my family has lost all faith and respect for their business. I paid my house off and hired this lawyer to have the deed put into my name and it literally took from the end of February to May for them to accomplish this. These people do not get in a hurry at all! I would go anywhere but here if you need abstract work.
