I called to ask a few questions in regards to probating my father's small estate. I needed basic information about the process and cost as I live 7 hours away. The secretary was very harsh and informed me that if I wasn't coming in for a consultation, she couldn't help me. I reminded her that I'm 7 hours away and she began to yell at me and then hung up. I don't recommend. There is a reason that they only have 3 stars.

I highly recommend Jim Jr Hearn attorney. Professional, honest, straight forward, and comforting personality. Very reasonable fees compared to other attorney services. I believe Jim Jr strives to obtain the best legal outcome that can be attained for his clients.

There was confidence in Lucente until my first payment was given then it was too late to back out. He coward and didn't put work into my case. I asked about how secure my medical records were but it was "I imagine it was destroyed". A lot of "I thinks" when it came to laws and questions, even with my court papers. He rushes to leave instead of explaining anything and very impersonal. A lot of money for absolutely nothing. He chuckled about another attorney asking for half of what I ended up paying this guy. I regret this awful decision.
