I hired Joe to help me get off pretrial and get a new bond and terms. Somewhere in the mix of being picked up and held with no bond and no way to communicate with him he put a motion to appear and become my lawyer. I never once asked for him to handle my case nor did he listen really to our conversation. I'm not a lawyer but I do understand from 20 years experience that you yourself can draft up and prepare and file every motion that the lawyer can and I know the law and my rights and the terminology for the protocol of a "Terry stop". I do like a cocky arrogant lawyer that's forsure but it did take me 100 days to finally get Joe into the jail to talk to me. Worked with me when I thought my life was going to be destroyed by my abusive ex . They were very lenient on payment plans / down payment when I explained my ex that beat me up for two years pinned me with false charges and helped me get a decent deal to where I never have to deal with that person again. Angelique has a very neutral demeanor as well as Joe ,which looks very professional in court and helped me feel like I had a fighting chance against my Ex. Highly recommended.

Joe Viacava is the absolute worst lawyer I ever encountered. I know for a fact he let me take fault for charges he could have easily beaten as it was a false search and seizure. The charges have ruined my life and Joe did nothing to defend me when I had a GREAT defense since the warrant they came to serve was not in my name. However my house was in my name and they didn’t have a warrant to search the house. He played on my ignorance at the time and let me go down on some serious charges. I will continue to post proof of how he completely threw me under the bus on every social platform I can. Hopefully I will make it to the testimonials page of their website for some accuracy!!

OMG, I had my entire life turned upside down by being falsely accussed of a heinous crime. To make matters worse an overzealous police officer abused his power 6 months later and felt as though he should be judge jury and executioner and slapped me with a petty misdermeaner for good measure. I thought my life was ruined. Joe and his firm were with me from bond hearing to cases dismissed. You would be a fool not to hire the best when your name and life are on the line.
