I contacted this law office after seeing an Instagram and website advertisement stating that no attorney fees were required unless a tenant was successfully evicted. During what was described as a free consultation, I was pressured to sign a retainer agreement while still on the phone and was immediately charged a $5,000 deposit. I asked if I could have my daughter review the agreement and get back to him the following Monday, December 1st, but was told I had to decide immediately because attorney time could not be reserved otherwise. The attorney emphasized a “flat fee” structure, yet important terms—including an additional $15,000 fee if the case went to trial—were not clearly disclosed during the consultation. I was not given adequate time to review the agreement before being required
