I was referred to your firm to seek legal assistance regarding an issue with one of my properties. I was advised to speak with a specific individual; however, when I called, the person who answered the phone was not courteous. Her tone came across as abrupt and, at times, condescending. When I requested to speak with the person I had been referred to, she asked for my name and the reason for my call. After providing that information and explaining that I had been specifically referred to her, I was told repeatedly that the individual in question did not handle such matters. This was confusing, as I had been instructed to ask for her directly. I must express that I did not appreciate the way new prospects or potential clients are treated. I understand that every firm has its own structure

I called on Dec 1st tried to get help, even gave my phone number and information. 2 days later still no call back. When I called they wanted my information again. Now theyre saying theyre not taking new clients. If your in need of help just know that you'll be pushed away.
