Mr. Bloom is: impatient condescending demeanor, terrible bedside manners, pontificating & pretentious attorney who will never call you back if don't have a severed limb or need surgery. but not before he originally wrote me a letter more or less agreeing to represent me in the future--> 4 months later after calling and leaving vast amounts of voicemails and messages with his secretary (she is no help either) I finally went in to talk with John. very misleading and unprofessional kind of guy. John, don't shirk the confrontation of denying someone representation. just call me back and tell me. couldn't be bothered with any worker comp employment claim that didn't have to have surgery.
