I had the pleasure of being in the same courtroom with this attorney and needless to say he is very rude and immature. John Benjamin came to the courtroom after the Bailiff closed the courtroom doors and began beating on the door. I was sitting closest to the door but did not open it because I wasn't a Bailiff nor was it my courtroom to dictate what to do. He began to badger me and say hey I see you open the door. I told him him I'm not the Bailiff so I'm not opening anything. He then got an attitude with me. Once the Bailiff returned and opened the door, John Benjamin looked at me and in a sarcastic voice said thank you. I smiled back and replied you're welcome. He then said I hope you lose whatever you're in here for.

This man called me back and with in seconds he came off very rude. He told me he deals with bigger claims. Lol, I see why he has little reviews and half of those are negative.
