We hired them in 2022 for a simple probate. My aunt had no will, property, debt, or the like that should take 3 years to settle this account. She had money in her bank accounts that needed to be claimed and distributed to 4 siblings heirs (3 deceased goes to their children so, 13 heirs in total). We owe them no money and now there is no communication. Call the office, press 1, it rings to a beep, I'm not even sure if it's recording a message. Sent emails through my case.com, no response.
