Extremely improfessional! very good at the time of taking new case but once you paid him in advance, you are now hooked. Now keep calling him and he will NOT answer you. Even once you get tired of calling him, then you go in person to meet him, you will have to wait for hours. If you are lucky and get appointment, he will not meet with you at the appointment time. Waste of time, efforts, and money. On top, the staff makes a lot of mistakes, low paid, cheap staff. Very unorganized, just glance at his and staff office/desk, you will right away notice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Had a great experience meeting with Mr.Mazher Khan. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The receptionist had a great smile and a positive attitude, and the staff members were welcoming and friendly. I did have to wait a little longer, but I didn’t mind since my concerns were addressed properly. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommend.

Bazila S Yaqub is the person you want on your case if you have a U-visa case. She is good, always communicates and keeps you updated. I did not have much knowledge about U-Visa but she explained everything on each step of the way.
