You call , you email and you don’t get a call back or an email response. Turn around times are usually 24-48 hrs but that is not the case here. Mind you , people work hard to pay for their services and it constantly feels like you have to beg them for the representation they charge people for. My father’s court date is NEXT WEEK. The urgency has been expressed via voicemail and email. We have traveled to their office multiple times just to be told we have to call or email a different location? I expect a response to this review just like the ones your 5 star reviews get. This is the second negative review I leave for them first one being under LoveRiot. If piña has not been with your firm since 2015 , why was my father made aware of this 6 months ago? And where has his money been going to?

I had a frustrating experience with this office. They do not answer calls and were not fast enough to contact me back when I needed updates. I tried reaching out multiple times and also sent the documents they asked for, but it felt like there was very little communication or urgency on their end. When you’re dealing with legal matters, you expect a certain level of professionalism and responsiveness. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. The lack of follow-up and difficulty getting in touch made the whole process stressful and disappointing

The law practice was very professional, communicative and timely. They made my process of getting a green card so easy and stress free. I also got approved earlier than I thought even with the wait times, so I know they filed everything so fast and I am so relieved. I will definitely recommend them
