I would not recommend using this firm for your closing. I paid $400 for HOA information through them and never received it. When I reached out via email to resolve the matter it was ignored. Stay away if you can.

Steve and his team are amazing! They have managed the art of streamlining a process while still actually explaining everything that even first time buyers need to know. I just left a closing with another attorney, and was shocked at the difference. They have been the Key Realty Team's go to attorney for years, and now I remember why!
