The LIDJI Firm

My mother was referred to this firm by Morgan and Morgan. I was hopeful that my mother's case would be heard after suffering a severe spinal injury. But the intake call was extremely disappointing after they refused to speak to me on my mother's behalf as her caregiver. My mother is legally disabled and has trouble gathering her thoughts and communicating at times due to her condition. To have the representative (after she relayed the request to her manager) tell my mother they can't speak to me after she made her disability clear to them is frustrating and disheartening. This was refusing a very reasonable accomodation. After this experience, I would not recommend their firm.

After my mother passed away, I continued pursuing her legal case. However, I later discovered that Scott failed to inform me about a separate wrongful death lawsuit filed by another relative. Instead, he fabricated a story about an automobile accident, allowing him to apply subrogation and divert my settlement funds to pay off the other case. I would not recommend his services—his actions were dishonest and deceptive. I was kept uninformed throughout the process and remain in the dark, as he still refuses to release the escrow funds from the trust account.

Unfortunately I was referred to this firm for a car accident. My first conversation with Mr. Lidji was astounding. He was loud,belligerent, cursing and totally out of control. I wrote him a letter firing the firm. He called back and his tone was different so I decided to give the firm another chance. Bad mistake. He turned the case over to Carlos who was totally disinterested. When we had a deposition he was totally not prepared. Did not ask one question on our behalf. Long story short I fired the firm, hired a new firm and received an excellent settlement in a short amount of time.
