When looking for a law firm to represent my son, I did a considerate amount of research. I interviewed several attorneys and reviewed their credentials. When I talked to Mr. Marshall's office, I asked a lot of questions and was very impressed with the responses I received. I read the reviews and was convinced that he was the attorney I wanted to represent my child. He is a former parole board member and knew the workings of the board and what needed to be in the parole packet to enhance the chance of parole being approved. I have to admit, I was skeptical about hiring The Marshall Law Firm. Not because I had heard anything bad or negative, but I had contacted multiple parole attorneys and the pricing was 5 times what Mr. Marshalls firm was charging. After going through the court system, I had already spent an extreme amount of money on his court attorney so funds were scarce, but I felt like I had to at least make the effort. Trent Marshall and his paralegal Amy were so kind and professional throughout the process and my son was paroled on his first try!! I am ashamed that I even doubted that because the fee was so much lower the effort would be too. Mr. Marshall will put in as much effort as you are willing to put in.
