In December 2025 I received a speeding ticket and contacted traffic attorney Aerial Chatman after being referred to him. He sent a DocuSign waiver of appearance, which I signed, and I paid $250 to place my case on his schedule for the court date. Two days before court I texted to confirm I was still on his schedule and received a reply confirming. On the afternoon of the court date, after not hearing anything, I texted asking about the outcome and was told the ticket amount would be due within 40 days and that court payment information would be available online within 24 hours. VERY poor communication. Their excuse anytime you want to speak or make an appointment with a lawyer is that “ they are in trial” . You don’t get any updates as promised on top of nobody in the office is on the same page ... don’t waste your money . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

They are amazing I've been using them for years no matter what. They work with you far as payment plans and they are understanding. I have always had a good out come with him and they are easy to talk too. The Roger's firm has always fought hard for me and I feel important not just like a number. IF YOU ARE MILITARY AFFILIATED DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. I am in the military and have had a substandard experience with this firm. There is lack of communication and they neglect your case on top of charging an absurd amount of money. Completely unacceptable practices and no professionalism.
