I got a ticket for not doing a complete stop at a stop sign so I contacted ticket clinic. I called them and payed for them to fight it, they sent me an email saying it was going to court. I never heard anything after that until I got a letter in the mail 4 months later from the state saying my license is getting suspended for not paying legal fees. I called ticket clinic and they told me they sent me an email saying I had to pay a court fee. I NEVER received the email they supposedly sent. I said they should have told me and the lady re sent me the email. I asked her why I should have to pay all the late fees for something they did wrong. She said they sent the email so it’s my fault yet she refused to show me proof that they ever sent the email and told me I will have to pay the fees. How

Worst experience I have ever had. I will never put another case in the hands of Ticket Clinic. I had confidence in the lawyer to get my traffic citation dismissed but he ended up disappointing me instead by not getting it dismissed. On top of that he never reached out to me to get any information on my situation. This is like a lowkey scam. Never again as I will represent myself going forward and trusting God to be with me during trial . Smh now I have to pay a hefty court fees

I had a bad experience I was using a U-Haul rental truck and hit the back of a Lamborghini cause very minor damage so I hired the ticket clinic to try to save my license from getting taken away I'm going to call them now and see how the progress is they've done very well in the past I do have insurance but my rates will probably go up cuz I was charged with the accident
