Wish I could give 0. This service is terrible. They don’t call you back number 1. You can choose to press 1 and not wait on hold for them to call you back. Guess what? I did that twice and NO ONE called me back. I was emailing w someone in their office. I did tear up my speeding ticket, so I couldn’t send a copy of the citation. I gave her the case number. She continued to ask me for the citations. I explained I needed someone ASAP! Court was this morning. I get it was time crunch. Now she keeps telling me I have to get a new court date. They don’t even know any info on my case! No one has called me to talk about anything. She keeps saying to get a new court date. I didn’t go to court this morning bc I would’ve had to plead guilty and I can’t do that bc of insurance rates right now. Theref

If they are all you can afford I'd say they are better than public defenders but if you have the means, look elsewhere for repensentation. Horrible communication. The call center appears to be outside of the US because everyone you talk to barely knows English. Also good luck getting any information on your case until you receive the vague information they send right before the date. Leading up to court date, it was almost impossible to get an attorney on the phone, they frequently relayed messages through the call reps who I could barely understand and when I could, I realized they knew very little about my case. When I decided to change representation, they didn't even care to ask why, they just reminded me that there were no refunds. Look elsewhere!

I was faced with a serious traffic violation, driving my Porsche in Miami, Florida without a temp plate, after going to the tag agency, which is no fault of my own, as according to GA law, you can drive as long as you have the bill of sale and title on you. So, Gonzalez, saved the day. So I recommend this firm as they will go above and beyond to help you as they have definitely helped me. Cheers guys!! Keep up the great work....Smiley faces.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware. I show up in court to a different lawyer 4 different times. Explaining to each DIFFERENT lawyer my case over and over again. Then im told the first lawyer quit and kept all the case information. So they had nothing to go off of. I lost my case because a company couldn't keep it together. And then you tell me I can't get my money back because you have poor communication. Thats not rite! I gave this company $4000 dollars of my money only to loose my case because yall can't keep your employees and relay information!!! I will not stop until people know this company is a scam!! I will start posting emails soon so please follow up.

Worst experience I ever experienced most of the ppl working there doesn’t fully understand English & once pay it’s non refundable. A major influencer on utube is promoting them however please I’m begging you don’t use them. You’re better doing your own due diligence & hiring a local or best lawyer within that state. To get your ticket dismissed in the state of GA. Maybe they’re helpful for out of state. I don’t want to ever use them again.
