Don’t listen to the negative Nancy’s on the reviews. Some people never have anything good to say about anything but only complain. Ticket Clinic is very legit and a blessing to have. I have used them twice and won both tickets. I would highly recommend ticket clinic to my family. There’s never a guarantee. I’d rather take my chances with ticket clinic. Win or lose!! Ticket clinic is not trustworthy. After 3 months they extended my court date because they hadn't done anthing. They subcontracted to Ticket busters who also did nothing. Worthless.

This is not a ticket clinic location, it is an abandoned building.

Asked them to handle a simple speeding ticket. Their plan was to postpone the hearing long enough for the officer to not show (roughly a year they said) and then have it dismissed. Sounded like a plan. Quick to take payment then proceed to never update, call or email again. This was November, they pleaded guilty gave points and the full ticket price 3 months later. To top that, they said they emailed me the disposition, which they can't prove they did because it never happened. They didn't call or mail anything or bother to notify me. So a simple ticket that I could've got the same results went to collections and I spent more money on late fees and almost had my license suspended because they're are I competent and don't actually care about you. I've used The Ticket Clinic 2 times within the last 10 years and both times I didn't have to worry about the tickets at all. They are very professional and communication is great on updates. Will use them again. Will recommend to anyone who got any traffic tickets.
