Tiffany was absolutely amazing m! Between the customer service and the speed of which she handled the problem! I love my package and not only did she help me calm down she found it in a flash I will always come back here when I'm ordering packages!

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. I dropped off 22 packages, and Kristen provided outstanding assistance throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, making everything smooth and efficient. Her friendly attitude and customer-focused approach truly stood out. Excellent service-I highly recommend this location because of team members like Kristen.

I received excellent customer service at this UPS store. My associate went above and beyond to help me with my fingerprinting needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly and kind.

Reading through the reviews and realizing I never should have dropped off my iPhone for return at this location to be returned to Amazon. I dropped it off a month ago and it has not left the store???? I scanned it in at the self service station and then handed it to the employee behind the counter so that it would not get lost. Never left the store on the tracking. Clearly, as others have indicated, my phone has been stolen from this location and refunds are due to customers for this clearly ongoing issue ($210).

I had an appointment for a fingerprint session. There was only one worker who was polite, but she wouldn't help us while anyone was in line. People kept coming in with packages so the 3 of us waiting with appointments were unable to be helped and we're forced to wait. This location needs at least 3 people working at once, or they need to pause the line for the people with appointments. I was not helped until 20 minutes after my appointment.
