Very responsive, returning phone calls texts whatever was necessary they made my friend feel the confident one has to feel when in this situation (looking for a right lawyer and one that will not take advantage) within a month and five days her sister was released and is starting the process. Happily She reunited with her family her daughter, I have seen the joy in my best friend’s heart life having her sister back! I want to thank God First and there is so much power in prayer!! The attorney Thelma represented my mother at immigration courts. At the final court the judge asked the attorney why didn't she do a U-Visa, instead of asylum. She should have known better is what the Judge told Thelma in front of my mother. She would have qualified for a Visa, anyways my mother ended up getting deported. Also it's impossible to speak to the attorney, you can leave a thousand messages and never get a call back. I was just a kid when this attorney got hired and didn't understand quite well how everything worked, wish i could have known more and actually hired a good trust worthy attorney. I Do not recommend this firm at all.

I live in California and my brother told me about Thelma Garcia. I called to make an appointment for a consultation, I could not get an appointment, her assistants are telling me there is nothing that can be done in my brothers case. I asked them if they were lawyers and they said no. I was told that I needed some information from FOYA before I can make an appointment with Thelma. they said they would text the information. she never took down my email address or my phone number.
