I posted a review for Nixon in 2023 about the poor legal service that I received but I don't know what tactic he used to delete it. If you don't want to lose money, time and want to avoid headaches, do not hire his service. Nixon uses tricks to say that you will get whatever you want, that you have the best case and he will work for you until the end no matter what. Once you make the first deposit which is $3,500 everything starts changing. You are in his labyrinth and he will try to get as much money as he can from you regardless of the agreement in the contract you both reached. Nixon then will tell you that if you don't pay more money he will not represent you anymore. Nixon will drop off the case and benefit the other party as he did in my case. I cannot be more happy with my decision on choosing (Law Office of Nixon & Associates) on obtaining my order in suit to modify SAPCR signed by the Judge. Mr Nixon and Associates is a team you definitely want in your corner when dealing with stressful court situations when getting your family life in order. They are very flexible with making payments and fast with getting paperwork done and signed, especially through this hard time of the Covid-19 pandemic. I recommend this attorney to anyone who is in need of a attorney for child custody. Tom was there every step of the way. During office hours and after office hours, Tom was always available. He gave my boyfriend a fighting chance to be able to keep his son with him and not have him taken away. We will forever be grateful to him. Tom's office is in a great location with amazing staff.
