This guy is terrible. Had my fiancé call him about a case and from the beginning to the end, he was rude as if we did something to him. Answered the phone as if someone pissed in his bowl of cereal this morning. Terrible for business. Don’t recommend.
We set a appointment with Tom, he came to my mother-in-law house he explained everything and took care of all of our concerns, very nice guy , very happy to do business with him!
