One of the worst firms I have had to deal with period, Have had numerous problems with trying to setup a payment plan. After finally setting up a plan, they can only do this for 6 months and then we have to call back, which they never answer the phone. Finally we had to pay the bill in full and they take for over to pull the funds out. It's almost like they want to garnish your wages and take you to court. Biggest disgrace of a company I have ever had to work with. If I could give them a 0 start I would. Just keeping taking advantage of people. What a horrible company.

Flat out liars. Debt paid in full and then some and 5 months after last payment they take another $516. Apparently for accrued interest. But when I called to pay off entirety of debt I was told it wouldn't save me any interest. Literally scum of the earth attorneys who give all other attorneys a bad name. Their response was basically take us to court.

Pleasantly surprised after speaking with Greg. I have some old hospital bills I unfortunately never filled paperwork out for. Not how I expected to be treated from a collector/law firm.

Sucks that I owe a company from the past but they work with you. They are real friendly.

Rude as hell, shady, smug, unpleasant..... go anywhere but here :)
