These people would rather tell you one thing then say they didn’t offer help and you wind up on a milk carton the next than actually help someone. With proof of violence and proof of no where else to go still nothing than printing off a packet that anyone can print than represent or help. Disgusting behavior and worse staff. No help

The person that I spoke with face-to-face was friendly, courteous and helpful. The person that I spoke to on their Helpline was sort of rude and unpleasant and definitely far from being helpful. I was shaking and trembling after speaking with him.

Attempted to use this place last year, the woman I dealt with did not give me a single bit of legal advice and once the papers were drawn up, and I picked them up, struggled with getting an address for the other party, sent an email to the lawyer to inquire about what to do next and she informed me that she had closed my case when I picked up my packet. Leaving me without help or representation. And here I am, a year later, still struggling and still without representation. Hopefully others can get a more helpful, compassionate attorney compared to what I was dealt.
