I would like to say that I have been working with Ticket Defenders for almost 20 years. They have been an excellent service for anyone who has received a traffic ticket of any kind. They worked tirelessly to support me in a situation that took years to resolve, and I can only say that I am absolutely delighted with the outcome they were able to achieve. They charge $800 for a retainer for major convictions, but it was worth it because they reduced my Careless Driving charge to a minor offence with 0 demerit points. They absolutely saved me in terms of preventing any substantial insurance hikes. Great team and great service, 10/10

DO NOT USE THEM! Do not waste your money here! I was stupid and believed the other reviews that they could help and can get the case withdrawn. I paid $450 to get my $280 speeding ticket down to $250. They made very little to no effort for finding a case for withdrawal and accepted the first offer the prosecutor made. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They take it and settle on the very first offer that you can literally do yourself just by showing up to the prosecutor. They’re always willing to lower it and I could’ve done it myself. I just turned a $280 speeding ticket into a $700 ticket. A charge is a charge, it’ll still show up on insurance and effect rates. Honestly don’t be stupid by going here.

The biggest waste of money I have ever spent. They make absolutely no effort to withdraw your case or ask for a lower charge. They accept the first offer from the prosecutor without questions, they’ll take your money and leave you in the dust and not update you with anything. They showed me my disclosure and there was enough of a case to get it dismissed and they literally didn’t even try. SAVE YOUR MONEY! They can’t do anything that you can’t do yourself
