Fabulous people. I received a speeding ticket, and the Ticket Doctor team graciously called me back the same day I sent in my inquiry and explained how the DA in the county where I was pulled over handled traffic violations. Instead of taking my money needlessly (when another attorney wanted to charge $550), they sent me to a link that explained exactly what I had to do to resolve the ticket. You can't put a price on that kind of honesty and genuine kindness, not to mention ethical practices. I hope to not cross paths with the Ticket Doctor again, but I am so grateful for my initial experience and will recommend the team to any family and friends who receive tickets!
