They communicated very well during every step of the process, and got my speeding ticket down to a non moving violation and avoided any points on my record and no impact on my insurance. Unsolicited Spam Texts After My Wife's Speeding Ticket My wife received a speeding ticket in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Within 24 hours, I started receiving spam text messages from Ticket Takedown trying to get ME to pay to handle HER ticket. Let that sink in. I never gave this company my phone number. My wife never gave this company her phone number. We never contacted them. We never asked for their services. They are clearly scraping public court records for new traffic citations and then blasting unsolicited text messages to people — including family members who aren't even on the ticket. This raises serious questions about the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), which prohibits the use of motor vehicle records for unsolicited marketing. The Supreme Court ruled in Maracich v. Spears

This team is really nice to work with. All the people I interacted with were very helpful, and took time to answer all my questions. They are always reachable and provide all required updates. The process to sign up was pretty easy. I got a complete dismissal and I did not have to go through the stress of navigating the system. I highly recommend them!

Posting a review for my fellow skeptics like me. This place is NOT a scam however, do not expect a day to day communication track with them. They can be difficult to contact after taking your case but the do as they promise from the initial consultation and get the job done. Overall 5 and satisfied eith the plea deal negotiated on my behalf. This comes with a small complaint that text communication is not ideal and phone calls, voicemails, and emails should be utilized more to ensure thorough communication with the client.

The cost was a bit more pricey than anticipated but ultimately it was worth it for not having the points on my license and a higher insurance bill. The process was incredibly easy. Taken care of with little to no effort on my part. Was sent links that took me right to anything that needed to be done on my end. Overall very pleased with their help!
