Look I understand debt collection is a hard job but the woman I spoke to was just awful. I simply had a question about how something worked and she was incredibly snarky. Apparently they have no one who could talk to me on the phone, it needed to be all in email. I just needed a question answered because the email didn’t explain it. She was just unnecessarily condescending. If you hate what you do, get a new job. Don’t take it out on people already going through a tough time. Have some morals.

Definitely getting a lawyer involved they don’t communicate anything , don’t answer the phone nor my emails . Garnishing my wages even after I sent in my pay stubs somebody need to deal with these scammers . The balance on the account not even up to date and they steady taking from my checks

Jennifer or “Christine” is the most incompetent front desk person I’ve ever spoken to. I spent 22 minutes on the phone inquiring about the proof of payment & what form of receipt would be given to me after the 200 dollars is paid for. Completely incapable of doing her job & understanding basic questions and responses with excessive usage of the word “huh” in a mocking manner which garnered a warranted response to pay online as clearly her intellect is a few marbles & gently used crayon. Worst company ever, disgusting.

Terrible company. Terrible moral compass. Garnished my check ( including disability)for a debt that I never knew was turned over to them. Advised I could work out a payment plan and Christine Talked to me very condescendingly as if I’m not even a person. Definitely Sharks at this company and I plan on getting a lawyer involved.

I know that everyone has an opinion. I always tried not to go by others judgement. But this firm is the WORST!!!!! After reaching out via email to get a garnishment reduction (one I never even new anything about). They stated that only the court is able to do the reductions. How ever I am fully aware that is not true. Most companies will work with you and reduce the garnishment. Yes its a debt! And needs to be repaid. But as we all know that things happen in life and finances change. This company is even worth 1 star!!
