I really wish I could give no stars. I didn’t even work with the people and they were rude. I sent in my story of what I needed help with and at the beginning of my message I wrote please read the whole thing and his message begins with “I didn’t read the whole thing.” Wow so professional. They are a joke. I’d represent myself before I’d ever get these clowns to do it!

So far I'm terribly disappointed with the way I've been treated. I can't get updates & the receptionists are extremely rude. I am taking notes of every call & the rude things I'm told each time. (Feb 13, 2025) On Feb 5, 2025 I called this office. I left a voicemail. I was called back the next day, Feb 6, 2025 by Maggie, who told me it was "such short notice," & they needed to do a "conflict of interest check." I gave her a long list of names & organizations, which she asked for. She told me they "would take a week or more" to go over the list, that "we could find another lawyer" & "to keep looking." It really rubbed me the wrong way as this office had been specifically recommended to us by the lawyer who did the deed & will for our house - & this case pertains to that deed. This was a 17

I had a legal situation that involved several back to back court dates over a period 2 months. Attorney Tate Love navigated me through this and diligently prepared for all the court dates in a relatively short amount of time. Throughout this time Tate was very respectful and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome possible. He is very easy to communicate with and kept me informed via email throughout and explains in depth of all the potential options and outcomes. I highly recommend this attorney!

We got someone named Allen Garrison. This was the rudest most condensing person ever . At our first meeting he roll his eyes at our case . We were there over an inherentant case. We live over hour away and was suggested this attorney by another . He took over 2 weeks to make call that was suppose to be done in few days . Then when he called when we explained we d u don't not like the settlement offer he was terribley upset. He would talk over you, would not listen.. I have used lawyers in past and this was by far the worst.

Thomas Bell of Timberlake/ Smith in Staunton, Virginia was hired for routine legal work. This should have taken days, maybe weeks. Nearly a year later, this case continues to be unresolved. Further complicating matters, we have been facing a potentially hostile party. Long periods of negligence and inaction have hurt our case. Imagine anyone in any other profession keeping their job and avoiding accountability. We're currently in talks regarding our options and possible recourse. This was our worst experience with a professional ever.
