Timothy Keyser, Attorney at Law

Timothy Kaiser is a horrible lawyer I set up a consultation with him and gave him all my case information I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment then when I get to my appointment Timothy Kaiser tells me he won't talk to me because the guy I am suing had talked to him the day before my appointment though I had already set up an appointment with him so he's gone and talked to the person I was going to sue in stead of talking to me a d that I had already set up the appointment with Timothy Kaiser. I will be turning him in to the bar association.

I was actually trying to take my daughter's mother to court for visitation rights. Not knowing that my son's mother worked for him. It took almost a year for him to get me into court I never met him. He was not very effective nor time efficient. And then before my case was done he traded law firms to Douglas law firm and try to get me to pay a down payment on another lawyer. I would not recommend this law firm for anything. It was the most expensive year of my life with totally no results. And then they would not let me receive copies of all the documents when I asked for them

Tim Keyser is a wonderful, caring lawyer who went above and beyond for our family and the man responsible for making our lives complete. Kevin is also an excellent attorney I’ve seen him in action and he’s definitely all for his client. Great job guys! Adrianna and Melissa are also caring and knowledgeable and always willing to help when needed. You all deserve to shine in my book. Thanks for all you have done and all that you do!

My husband and I were in need of an attorney for a long & drawn out custody case we needed assistance with. Fortunately for us we were referred to Keyser & Sharbaugh (Kevin Sharbaugh specifically), and we are so glad that we were! Upon meeting with Kevin at the office (everyone there is very nice and welcoming too), he was very down to earth and quickly invested himself into our case. He kept in touch with us weekly via email & phone calls, and always made sure we were updated on everything. I highly recommend this wonderful human being, and because of him a long nightmare has FINALLY come to an END!!!! Not your "average" lawyer...he's a person who genuinely cares about other people.
