Timothy Nugent and his staff were knowledgeable, professional, responsive and friendly. The outcome of my multiple infraction traffic citation with his representation ended up better than I had hoped for. There are no guarantees when dealing with the law, but I have every confidence that my best interests would be made a priority should the need arise (hopefully not) ever again. I hired Mr. Nugent to represent my son who was involved in a hit and run in my vehicle. My son called 911 to report that he had just been hit and the person took off they told him to follow the car that hit him so he did the police showed up and he was extremely upset and told the officer he was going 90 miles an hour which the road he was on was not even possible to go that fast Mr. Nugent got him out of the speeding ticket and also gave my son a stern warning about watching his speed and what he said to the police especially if he was not sure. I highly recommend Mr. Nugent as he was very professional and very reasonably priced.

My husband hired this attorney, this is what happened: "When I spoke to this attorney, I was explained about the process that would follow after my situation on how to resolve it. I was convinced by him that this attorney was knowledgeable on handling my violation, He went to court and chose to not reduce my charge, but instead made the wrong decision to just have the least important charge dismissed for him to handled it the simplest way, I consulted with another attorney after I realized that I was basically scammed and on top of that he managed to get away charging me almos $1,000 in 2 payments to supposedly allow me to keep my driver's license. RECONSIDER !!! I had fired him and found another lawyer about a month and a half before my court date that I had hired him for. His paralegal kept telling me they didn’t know how to withdraw, which is alarming seeing as you are lawyers…. He then told me I wasn’t allowed any percentage of my refund, which is illegal, because the case had not been concluded yet. He lied to me and said he continued the case four times but my lawyers went into those cases where there’s proof of him only continuing one case twice and not touching another.. but he still wouldn’t give me a refund. It’s been a month and a half since I fired him and told them they need to sign the withdrawal for my lawyers.
