Mr. Weston is an incredible attorney. His knowledge of real estate law is superlative. He's an attorney's attorney. My senior mother retained his services to assist her in selling her home. She hired him as things got complicated for reasons I will not explain in this forum. Suffice it to say, Mr. Weston saved the day and went the extra ten thousand miles, and if I could, I would give him a million stars for his efforts on her behalf. He did not charge for many things he did, showed her patience and kindness, took the time to explain everything and answer all of her questions (and mine too), and held her hand through the entire process. I would highly recommend his services. You are not just a number to Mr. Weston, he treats you like family.

I have used Tod Weston for many closings. His Title Company and staff (Tara) are knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. He takes the time to explain the details of the HUD and puts your mind at ease with his expertise and demeanor. He client’s happiness is paramount. I won’t use another Title Company.
