I had the pleasure of working with Lea Morgan Finegan throughout most of my divorce. After having a difficult experience with my first lawyer, I switched to Lea, who took a very human approach to my case and took into consideration her experience as not just a lawyer, but also as a mom and divorcee, when offering counsel. Leigh represented me in 2013. At the time she was solid and help me tremendously. I've even suggested her to family members and she has personally represented a family member after I referred her. Fast-forward 2021 a situation came up. I again returned to Leigh because she handled my initial case. Leigh passed me off to Mary. It took 18 months to get a court date. It wasn't because court was backed up. Mary dragged her feet. She would go 2-3 months before returning my call or emails. Another 2-3 months before she would suddenly realize she needed me to sign this or that. The judge awarded me a financial judgment.
