I retained attorney Tracy Kagan and paid legal fees for representation with the expectation of professional communication, diligence, and advocacy. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations. After payment was made, communication became extremely limited despite repeated attempts to obtain updates and discuss the direction of the case. Important questions went unanswered, and actions affecting the matter appeared to proceed without adequate consultation or clear client authorization. Tracey Kagan Represented me a couple years ago on a very simple traffic violation. she didn’t show up to the court hearings so it went in there favor obviously. at the end I was still found guilty and still had to pay the full amount anyways aside from the attorney fee they charged me for hiring them. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. after all that she still wasn’t kind or patient from what i remember. Dealing with issues now that caused me to remember this experience and wanted to share so people don’t have to go through that again. please take this as feedback.

She want your money! She don’t care about anything else! Don’t let her fight for you or you will end up with decades in prison. She went to court for me only 1 time! And I fired her afterwards and she couldn’t even give me half my money back! So if your life is on the line don’t look her way! She is probably good at misdemeanor charges only!!!!!!!

Tracey is a phenomenal attorney. She knows what she is doing and does her best to make sure things work out in your favor. She stood by my side through some of my darkest moments & fought for justice for me. She’s made my life easier and better overall. I have used her for 3 cases total as of now, I will continue to recommend her to anyone in need, and I will remain a fan of her overall in general.
