Customer Reviews
First of all, I am grateful to this program but my problems with this state and program are that when there's no stamp, etc and I been feeling discriminated against when asking for help by certain offices and what do you except and what me to do I am currently and still to this day disabled mentally and physically and I dont need an attitude or someone else when I try to confirm something and was left a crappie voicemail and I am trying to get what they need and nothing is good enough and then told when im going to hang up on you and literally saying dont call when nothing was brought up to my attention until yesterday if there's a problems with something I hate verifying things because I get a look of like im not human being and someone who has 70 heads like I am a stranger instead of giv
Great help, staff is super nice. I got the help I needed to job search . Ten thousand thumbs up.
There's a lot of negative reviews here and I don't know why. Sometimes people who need help the most have a mindset that they are entitled. These people could not have been more kind. It was my first time there and I was in and out on 5 minutes. They explained everything clearly and were as polite as could be. It's a wonderful service. I've never been in a position where I need help the way I do now and I am very grateful for programs like this.
Some of your staff members are very rude and nasty. When you are a Senior Citizen with limited resources. Your staff could be a little more caring. This truly hurts my feelings. This issue needs to be addressed with management.
The staff here and front desk people are SO rude. They treat people like animals. The minute you open the door you get yelled at for walking in. If you're not wearing a mask they yell at you to get out. They correct you on everything. There are three workers at the front desk, and there is one woman in particular who is rude. She is the one who does all the yelling and correcting. The customers who come here are already struggling to make ends meet and have hard family situations so I DO NOT appreciate being treated this way, especially by a social service place. I think you should treat people with some RESPECT and DIGNITY. I notice they discriminate and I guess they think they can get away with it because it's a social service place...I'm really not sure where they get off.
