Very poor experience. I retained Attorney Brosky and paid for legal representation. My case was repeatedly postponed, no filings were made, and no substantive legal work was performed. I was assured that filings would be made at a later date, which indicated that representation was ongoing. I was never informed that my funds had been exhausted or that representation had ended. When I requested a refund due to the lack of action, I was told that the fees were for “communication.” Paying an attorney merely to communicate, without representation or work product, is not acceptable. I was not provided with a clear accounting of how my fees were earned. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Attorney Brosky. I am considering filing a complaint with the bar association.

Attorney Daniel Karlsson was amazing from beginning to end handling my case. Cannot recommend him enough, beyond professional, compassionate and knowledgeable and a force in the court room. 10/10 highly recommend. Got me the best possible outcome for my case, a dismissal!

So far I have had a good Experience Kelly did my consultation . She knew i needed a lawyer for my case. She assigned me to Daniel I hope he can do well in my case Teamwork! I'm willing to cooperate I've been filed for child custody against the man who's married already lies he is. He's a narcissist a manipulator i should have all the evidence.I have to prove that i'm good mom but tge father on tge other hand needs mental health what he done was wrong ive had 6 abortions told I can't see friends and family but with the empower that he has, he should be able to show improved manipulation.I'm a female we will see how it goes.I will update

Literally the worst encounter with a law office. Daniel Karlsson was very unprofessionally late and would rather take your money than be honest and say he doesn't feel comfortable taking your case. To then refund and send you out of the office if you bother to ask questions about payment and why you will still pay full price even if you do all the work of gathering and organizing everything need for your case. He made me feel like I had already lost my case. By the tone of his voice and facial reactions, he was believing the non sense and accusations from the opposing party. Several times I had to ask him how he felt about this case and his confidence level about it, it was not promising.
