I didn’t receive my refund at the time and when i tried contacting Turissa, they would tell me they will call me, but never returned my calls. If a person has issues with their taxes, they’re supposed to provide support, it’s what you paid for. Eventually they reached out, but the frustration caused is unacceptable. Will not do my taxes with Turissa again, nice person, but bad service.
I’ve been dealing with Jose Manuel for over 10 years! He is truly the best!
