Absolutely outstanding experience! I recently closed on my land and home with this law office, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Being a first-time homebuyer comes with a lot of nerves and questions, but they went above and beyond to make sure I understood every document and every step of the process. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, and they never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Their patience, kindness, and attention to detail made such a stressful milestone feel easy and exciting. Closing seemed to go just fine until I found out that dates were recorded wrong on our deed, I called and they spent more than a month to fix it. When I recieved the new deed they had changed it from a general warranty deed to a quit claim deed which removes protections I should have. Now I can't get a response from the paralegal responsible and I have left messages on her voicemail with no response.

I would not recommend and they really should be shut down. They pushed closing back approximately 5 times without contacting both parties involved. They also came to closing without funds. We are a day after closing now and still do not have a wire transfer. Samantha from their office said they are waiting on the lender for authorization. They should have had proof of funds before even coming to closing. Now they want us to sign a document on our own dime that state the buyer has access to the property before the title work comes back. Nope, we won't be signing anything until you can show me proof of funds in my account that I have actually sold the property. I have been to many real estate closings and have never had a funding issue such as this. You should never walk away from the table

This company is phenomenal. Communication is top notch. Speed exceeds expectations. Customer service is top priority. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
