I called to ask if I had to set up and appointment to file or if I could just show up and the woman I spoke to was rude and made me feel like I was being judged, she literally laughed on the phone when I asked her if I can just show up with my paper work and when I asked how much it costs to file a chapter 7. Very unprofessional.
