Horrible customer service. When trying to explain my situation on the phone, the female answering their phone was extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL had a bad attitude and hung up on me. Now, she doesn't answer my calls at all. Last week, I talked to another female who KNEW THE AGENT ON MY CASE. Now, I can't even get ahold of anyone due to her refusing to answer the calls. They need to put someone who is actually professional and able to help, and talk to people in a proper manner. If I could I'd give it a NEGATIVE 5 STARS!
