This guy is a joke, He was representing my daughter. As he sets you up for failure. Remember when they say to obtain a counselor make sure that they're certified. Even though he requested a LPC For me to hire and pay for, They insistently requesting me to hire another LPC. But people aren't made of money. Because of the fact that my daughter and I were still going to the LPC that he requested. I could not afford another LPC. So I went to a non-profit organization to speak to a counselor. At that point in time I was living out of the state, had a serious medical condition But But once I move to Virginia, I had to obtain Medicaid. Just to get a counselor that was certified But that takes time. And if I didn't do anything or go to any sort of counselor I would have failed anyway for not maki

My experience with Joseph Vannoy, where do I begin? I was a victim of an abusive relationship about 5 years ago, I made the decision as a broken woman at the time who knew she had to get her life back together and pick up the pieces to make the mature decision to let his father have physical custody. It was suppose to be a temporary thing until I could get back onto my feet. Fast forward to today, I recently took my child’s father back to court after he willing kept my son from me for 2 WHOLE MONTHS didn’t see him for thanksgiving or even Christmas. Now within this time frame I have gone to school for 2 1/2 years, about to have 3 licenses with the state and i own my own business. Was any of my accomplishments Awknowledged during court? If you’re looking for an attorney, cross this man off your list. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. He has no problem collecting his consultation fee but then he is a ghost. I waited almost 3 months for him to call me, email, or even show an interest in my case. He even had the gall to blame his lack of contact with me on the opposing attorney. The only way I was ever able to speak with him was by showing up unannounced at his office. You will have better luck finding representation in a Kindergarten class. I left one star because zero stars is not an option. I can’t say it enough, stay away from this man and his practice if you’re looking for a favorable outcome...or an attorney that will return your calls.

Mr. Vannoy was my granddaughters Gaurdian at Litem. He worked very hard on the case and paid close attention to detail. He treated all parties involved very fairly. I would definitely recommend him. He is very compassionate and cares deeply about the well being of children.

After reading all the negative reviews I seen posted I had to write a post on Joe... I have know Joe for 13 years I have used him multiple times for child custody on my daughter just about everyone I know has used Joe for there cases as well and I have never once had an issue with him not communicating or explaining anything. Joe in my book is one of the best attorneys in the valley, he is real an honest. The only thing Joe ask in return is for you to do the same. So if you are looking for an attorney that is to the point and honest this is the guy. If your not and you cant go into his office and let him know the truth to what is going on then dont waste his time nor yours...... I highly recommend Joe! An his secretary Cindy is a great women as well always there to answer your questions. A
