Wonderful customer service. They are always quick to respond to any inquiry and they do whatever they can to satisfy any information request submitted. The online portal is easy to use, informative, and extremely detailed. We manage over 30 entities across several states and Vcorp Services is always on point. VCorp Services owner of Vitality Extracts...total scam company. Many complaints outside of their website. They have no presence on Google maps to write a review. Horrible customer service. After receiving an incomplete order and having to wait 3 weeks for the dropper, I cancelled my subscription before the ship date and they sent it anyway and have ghosted me for almost a month. Zero stars!

Anastasia DeGroat of Vcorp Services, LLC is the greatest! We had an issue with one of our client's out of state corporations becoming unexpectedly dissolved. The issue was tied up in some bureaucracy. She dug into the issue. Found the problem. And, guided us into getting it all quickly corrected and that corporation reinstated. That corporation is now back in good standing! Thanks to Anastasia's hard work.

This was my first time trying to navigate all the paperwork in setting up a formal business Corporation and I had been referred to VCorp by my accountant who said they could do a great job. He was right! Not only did they handle EVERYTHING needed to properly register and fill out all the required forms for my company when it came to time to finalizing the last questionaire and paperwork my contact Melissa Zanoletti gave me personal help and clarifying instructions whenever I was uncertain or confused by the requested information.
