I contacted Vela Wood to set up a multi-state business. Their $5,000 retainer and auto-pay system, with no clear cost estimate or timeline, felt untransparent. As a disabled person, I sent a heartfelt response to “Rad” explaining my concerns, hoping for accommodation, but got no reply. This unprofessional, dismissive behavior shows a lack of care for diverse clients. I wouldn’t recommend Vela Wood for anyone seeking a supportive, transparent firm.
