Working with Vernon Litigation was a pleasant surprise. I have to work with lawyers/attorneys all of the time for my business, and i always struggle to receive responses, everything drags on, etc. Well, Vernon seemed extremely knowledgeable, and was able to knock out my needs incredibly fast (praise God lol). I spoke with Mr. Vernon after first talking to one of the sweetest and most compassionate women I’ve ever spoken with while searching for an attorney during this incredibly difficult time. I recently lost my life savings because of Coinbase, and I’ve been absolutely devastated. Most law firms I called were pushy, dismissive, and made me feel even worse after explaining my situation. My experience with this firm was completely different. From the moment she answered the phone, the woman who spoke with me made me feel heard and even managed to make me smile despite everything I’m going through. I’m not even a client, and Mr. Vernon still spent close to an hour with me, walking me through possible options and ways I might be able to recover my funds, purely out of the kindness of his heart.

I went to the office in 2024 to seek help with filing a law suit. Little effort was put into examining my information to pursue this lawsuit on my behalf. After a long period of time it was evident to the attorney that the wrong company was being pursued. It was only after many thousands of dollars and over a year went by that my information was looked at closely. It was at this point my attorney discovered he had not advised me in the correct direction from the beginning. I was told the company that should have been pursued at the beginning was a tougher case and would likely not have any positive results. I am disappointed in the firm and would not recommend them.
