Vince was the worst attorney I could have hired! His secretary Never gave me an itemized bill and in the end pulled some number for my bill outta no where... I asked repeatedly for an itemized bill but never received one. Vince did not represent me well as his client and lost me money by not doing his job in representing my best interest. Vince failed to be prepared for court hearings, did not answer my calls or emails and showed lack of interest in representing me to the best of his ability. When in court he was not prepared and he appears to have anger issues. I would never recommend him...a true waste of money!

Horrible atty. Didn't do the job he was paid to do, his secretary signed majority of his forms and legal documents. Would not recommend to my worst enemy, well... maybe I just might...regardsless...not worth one's money spent. Doesn't fight for his clients...too busy under the influence to be concerned about doing a good job.

Vince Dugan has helped me a great deal in the past, once while he lost money by referring me to a local attorney in Delaware County who had a victory due to local politics. Another time he strongly advocated for me and personally called to make sure I was ok.

I’ve have been in trouble on and off ever since I was a little kid from cars to motorcycles, I have been in his court room my whole life watching his cases, then when I became old enough to drive/ride I found my own trouble. Vince took care of me got all my charges dropped and dismissed for a fair price. Professional and direct

He is very rude. He never returned any of my phone calls when I left multiple messages on his voice mail.
