Every interaction counts. I reached out to this firm as a fellow attorney to potentially refer business. I'm an attorney in another state and was working on another's behalf to vet candidates for trust administration. The associate who returned my call from several days earlier was borderline rude and unaware of basic trust information, didn't seem to know how trust administration worked, and when I requested to speak to someone who might have better information, she summarily dismissed my request. The fact that they would be this rude to a fellow attorney makes me shudder to think how they really handle clients and potential client inquiries.
