Don’t trust Charles E Waldman, my brother had a bad accident, (hit by driver, with many witnesses) and an easy win case. Photos and hospital bills showed how bad this was, but my brother was not trying to milk it. Just wanting to pay off damages. Witnesses testimonies claimed to all have seen and appeared as if the driver was attempting to purposely hit him. Even backing up after witnesses intervened and tried to stop driver from doing so and almost hitting him a second time. He lost, and my brother suffered miserably. Another Charles Waldman who used to live Cali and had many lawsuits against him for doing bad practices, this same lawyer was also known to go to Cali a lot. Do not trust

Mr.Waldman is always giving his clients the best help and advice possible, and a one on one feel and experience when speaking with him. It doesn’t take him long to start feeling more like family than your attorney.

I wish this guy talked to the court the way he talks to the client before getting your money. Get the public defender over this guy.
